The process according to claim double gear inspection, the subject has a common integrated gear inspection instrument, the use of double-sided or single-sided meshing engagement method method, measuring the length of the gear precision measurement tools. In the repair work double gear mechanism, a large modulus, low gear tooth broken the traditional repair technology mainly tipped repair method, and the pinion due to manufacturing higher procurement costs than the general use of replacement methods.
Whether traditional automotive, shipbuilding, aerospace and other industries, or in recent years, the emerging high-speed rail, railway, electronics and other industries, all of the rapid development of the machine tool industry made different demands, which the gear cutting machine manufacturer presented new requirements. Double gear in accordance with national standards testing into intermediate inspection and final inspection. Usually the purpose of a gear, work requirements, production conditions, accuracy class, working methods and actual testing conditions tested. With the maturity and application of technology in wire cutting gear processing function, to work the gear repair bring great convenience, some small gear may also be directly processed EDM wire cutting, not only lower costs, but also shorten the repair cycle. Now some companies have corresponding actions, and actively adjust the industrial structure, expanding product applications, popular sectors to provide high-speed, high stability, high-precision machine tools new products to meet industry needs. The future, the demand for various industries gear cutting machine is very strong, companies only to seize these opportunities to a higher level of development.
